Over the last few years I have grown my role in Research Leadership.
This is achieved through instigating, developing, gaining funding and developing and leading projects (or significant part of projects). It is a role that I have from sitting on a number of International Panels and Scientific Steering Committees.
The team is often International and interdisicplinary but it is also the team at home that is my own research group.
I hope here to add a few constructive comments over the coming months.
